The memorial window in St Georges Church, Gravesend

A Memorial tomb and statue to Pocahontas lives in the church yard of St Georges. It is believed she was buried in the previous church, which burnt down, so sadly her remains are lost. The life size statue stands with palms open, as if to welcome her onlookers.
